Had a looong day with my love ones.. Trip to Port Dickson with my beloved family


Hai semua.. Now I'm here again writing for you... hehe

       I was supposed to write this two days ago but I was too lazy.. HAHAHA I'm sorry for that..  Last two days, my dad bawak kami sekeluarga ke Port Dickson..Yay!! heheehe dah lama aku tak menapak ke Port Dickson meski pun dalam negeri yang sama,Negeri Sembilan.. Maklumlah,abah aku seorang kakitangan kerajaaan so memang susah sikit nak dapat cuti.



       Mulanya kami ingat nak jalan-jalan pusing PD tu sekejap je.. tapi tak sangka sampai malam pulak hihi.. So,on that day (26/01/13) firstly kami pergi ke Pantai Saujana. Sekadar nak melihat-lihat keadaan pantai.. dekat pantai ni la tempat yang aku pernah pergi dengan classmates  D1 masa jadi pelajar UiTM Puncak Alam dulu...

       Adik-adik semua tak sabar nak turun mandi but yelah masa tu baru pukul 10 pg so bagi aku terlalu awal untuk bermandi-manda. Orang pun masih tak ramai so better kita pergi pusing bandar dulu.. So, my dad agreed nak bawa kami pusing PD dulu. He took us to Muzium Tentera Darat.. Okay I've been there years ago while I'm still an elementary student if I'm not mistaken. At that time, muzium tu baru lagi dibuka. Apa yang ada hari ni totally different than that time. Ada beberapa bahagian yang kami tak dapat masuk ekoran ada penambah baikan dijalankan..

       Aku teringin nak masuk dalam satu terowong bawah tanah (yang telah dibuat semasa zaman pemerintahan Jepun) tapi hasrat hati aku tak kesampaian sebab hanya boleh masuk,but there's no way out at the other end of the tunnel. So,kami kena patah balik... Hmm well at least we have been in there,right? hehe.. Bagi aku,yang paling menakutkan dekat bahagian sejarah penaklukan Jepun ke atas Tanah Melayu. Aku jumpa satu alat PEMOTONG JARI. AAAAAAA ;;________;; memang sangat scary dan ngeri bagi aku. Terbayang macamana diorang potong jari nenek moyang aku dulu dengan alat tu T_____T >> Actually inilah sebab aku kurang berminat dengan Jepun.. huhu kuat betul semangat nasionalisme aku ni kan? haha..

       After that,kami bergerak ke Pantai Cahaya Negeri. Bukan untuk mandi but hanya nak menikmati keindahan alam. Rasa tenang je bila rasa angin sepoi-sepoi bahasa kat tepi pantai.. Sekejap je and then kami pergi melepak dekat pantai yang menjadi tumpuan paling ramai orang, Pantai Teluk Kemang. Dekat situ memang paling ramai orang sebab ada banyak kemudahan dan kedai makanan dibuka. Bukan setakat tu, tempat permainan pun ada termasuk tunggang kuda. Sesampai je kat Teluk Kemang ni, kami makan lunch dulu.. lapar weyh.. Berjalan je dari pagi HAHA...




       Bila dah kenyang,baru la terasa nak mandi. Aku ni tetiba rasa malas pulak nak mandi sebab kat kawasan aku tu ramai lelaki. Hish tak nak la. Tapi aku turun jugak. Basah-basah kaki. Adik aku,Izzul berkali-kali minta aku tukar baju dan join dia mandi sekali tapi erkkk sorry Izzul. Kak Iqqah duduk dekat gigi air jela hihi.. Izzul punya la geram habis dibasahkan aku dengan air laut dan pasir -___- Sabar jelah.. Punya beria nak suruh aku join dia mandi HAHA..

       Dah penat main air,kami pun gerak ke pantai yang terakhir, Pantai Bagan Pinang. Ha... semua pantai ni kat Port Dickson tau.. Hihi.. Kali ni bukanlah untuk mandi lagi tapi hanya nak menikmati angin pantai.. Bosan la kalau kat pantai yang sama je kan? hahaha.. Kat sini,kebetulan pulak ada pelajar dari Kolej INTI buat program pada hari yang sama.. Patut lah ramai foreigner. Program apa aku taktahu lah tapi memang ramai foreigner.. Mulanya pelik jugak kenapa jumpa ramai foreigner yang muda haha but yeah patutlah sebab semua tu masih pelajar.




MY YOUNGEST SISTER,IEZZAH WHAT'S WITH UR EYES HA? -,-

IZZUL AND IRRUL, MY HEROES.

       Izzul dan Irrul seronok pulak nak main layang-layang. Angin petang tu kuat pula memang bertambah suka lah kan diorang. Aku ni mana pandai main benda tu so aku just temankan abah  ke pasar malam berdekatan. Maklumlah,aku kan food lover so kalau pergi ke pasar malam mesti ada banyak makanan kan? Hehehe.. Dah dapat apa yang aku nak,kami patah balik ke pantai. Izzul dan Irrul dah penat main layang-layang,aku dengan Irrah dah penat meng-usha mamat-mamat yang mandi opps gatalnya haha so kami pun bergerak keluar dari pantai dalam pukul 7 malam.

      At first, my dad nak bawa kami balik rumah terus but aku insisted yang aku nak makan dulu.. (haih tadi dah makan, nak makan lagi haha).. So,kami pun makan malam dekat tepi pantai.. Ala kat warung kecil depan bangunan Jabatan Laut Port Dickson tu..hihi... Sedap weh Char Kuey Teow dia.... *Thumbs up* And after all that? We finally went back to our sweet home in Jelebu. I really had a good time with my family members thanks to my dearest parents for this trip.

PS : I love you so much. My family. I won't forget the bond between us. Although we used to be far apart, you are always near to my heart :-*

You Want To Be Skinny ?? Just read this !

     Hello again..Seriously,I hate it when I have something to write but then I forgot about it when I opened the “Create New Post” tab…So,this time I won’t let it to happen again..HAHA..Okay,for today post..I’m going to share about some health tips..Hehe..

     I know there were people that have low self-esteem because of their appearance and their looks.Some of them think that they are fat and really want to be skinny..This is because human love beauty and that’s why everyone want to be beautiful.

     There were also people that have high determination to lose their weight but their weight is still the same and does not change even after they done lots of exercises..Well,we always heard that exercises can give a big help in order to lose weight.However,you would never knew the other reasons that make it hard for you to lose your weight.

     So now,I want to give you some reasons that prevent you to gain your target weight..Hehe…Read it carefully and you’ll know what to do next! ;)

First reason : Less movement.

     Hurm,what that means?It means that you are really really lazy to move your body..In other word,you are too lazy to go out and go for a walk.This always happen to a busy person.He/she keeps doing things at the office or home and become too lazy to have some fresh air outside.Please,go for a walk..It really can help you to inhale more oxygen rather than sitting on a chair and writing for your blog or tweeting on Twitter..Ops,that’s me! Hehehehe..(Hey,I love to go for jogging okay HAHA) Anyway,if only you have already going for a walk or going to the gym,doing exercises,that doesn’t give a big effect if you went to sleep and doing nothing after that..YOU NEED TO MOVE YOUR BODY ALL THE TIME..YEAH! That’s the most important thing to do..It don’t give any good if you went to walk for an hour,and then go back home,sleeping.

Second reason : Eat too much !

     You have this habit??NOOO!! YOU SHOULD HAVE CHANGED IT! This is because obese people always get used to this habit.They will love to eat a lot and in large quantity..Ahh,this is not good.When you eat too much especially the high-cholesterol meal,you really are going to be fat.You need to control you appetite and that would help.Please,again please AVOID FROM EATING  at the FRANCHISE RESTAURANT(ordering fast food) EVERYDAY.The fast food is really yummy and delicious until we can lick our fingers but it contain high calories and also MSG.That preservative is not good for health and highly not recommended to you.

Third reason : Eat while standing,watching television,etc.

     Yeah,I know many of us love to do this..HAHA..(Well,me too hahaha).However,there were also people that love to sit while eating but at some circumstances,they can’t do it because maybe at that moment,the chairs is not enough for everybody.That will be a reasonable reason.Do you know that if you are eating while standing,you will not focus to the food that you’re eating.This will cause you to eat more and more.You will not be aware of the quantity of the food that you have eaten.Lastly,you will end up eating more without knowing that you have eaten a lot of it.

4th reason : Always chew things.

     It’s good to have stocks of snacks like peanuts, or fruits when you are hungry.It can helps preventing you from becoming too hungry so that you will not going to take too much food during the meal time (lunch,dinner).However,it you eat the unhealthy food like the fast food or the instant mee,it will cause you to eat more during your meal time.

5th reason which is the last reason : Don’t know the exact amount of food the you’ve eaten.

     You maybe have thought that you already reduce your quantity of food from day to day.Plus,you also have chose good and healthy food so that you can prevent yourselves from high cholesterol in blood.However,you would never know the exact amount of calories inside your body.You need to burn 500 calories each day and increase you exercises every week.

     That’s all the tips from me.Do your best! I know you can do it! J
